1. One-time setup
The launch cost depends on the size of the property, the readiness of materials and the complexity of the structure.

One-time setup is paid separately at the start and is not included in the trial period.
2. Trial period
All paid connections include a subscription trial period: 2 months.
The trial period applies only to the monthly subscription. One-time setup, additional work and custom services are paid separately.
Conversion to a paid subscription happens only after explicit client confirmation.
3. Monthly subscription
Minimum subscription term: 3 months.
After the minimum term, seasonal properties may use a seasonal pause: for a fixed period, for example from 1 November to 1 May, or by individual request from the owner.
Hotels and apartments

Restaurants and bars
The base package covers up to 5 tables and 2-3 shared QR zones, for example a bar counter, terrace entrance or dining room entrance. Shared zones are not counted as additional tables.

Hostels and campsites
A hostel bed or camper spot is billed as a lower-priced accommodation unit.

Beaches
For beaches, single sunbeds and double sunbeds / sets for two are counted separately. If a beach has both types, they are treated as two separate billing parts.
Single sunbeds
A single sunbed is billed like a hostel bed or camper spot.

Double sunbeds / sets for two
A double sunbed or a set for two is billed like a room / apartment.

Shared beach QR points, for example entrance, bar, shower, lifeguard post or general beach map, are not counted as separate sunbeds.
Marinas

Marinas do not have a base price, tiers or a quantity threshold for custom terms. A complex berth layout, several zones or an extended structure may affect setup / additional work costs, but does not change the subscription rate per berth.
4. Properties with several business areas
If a hotel, restaurant, beach, marina or other zones operate under one legal entity / one payer, they may be set up in one profile with several billing parts.
If parts of the business belong to different legal entities or need separate invoices, they are set up as separate profiles.
5. Additional work
Work that is not included in the launch and monthly subscription is billed at 50 EUR / hour.
Minimum billing period: 1 hour.
Examples of additional work:
- preparation and rewriting of texts;
- uploading additional materials after launch;
- adding language versions beyond the base 10 languages;
- complex QR-zone setup;
- changing the property structure after launch;
- non-standard integrations;
- urgent work and custom adjustments.
6. Prepayment and discounts
No discount is applied for paying a season in advance.
When a full year is paid in advance, a 10% discount applies to the annual subscription amount.
The discount does not apply to one-time setup, additional work or custom one-time services.
7. Late payment and suspension
After the payment date, a grace period of 14 days applies.
After the grace period, partial suspension may be enabled. Guests see a neutral placeholder without the reason being disclosed; the dashboard remains available to the owner, administrators and profile staff, but new orders, requests and paid actions are not accepted.
If payment is still missing after another 30 days, or if there is a material violation or a manual decision by the platform team, full suspension may be enabled. In this mode the dashboard is available only to the owner / main profile administrator for payment, restoration, invoices, history and export. Access for staff and regular profile members is suspended.
8. Partner program
For each referred client, the client receives 1 free month of subscription after the referred client has created a profile, connected properties and paid for the first season or the minimum paid period.
The bonus applies to the monthly subscription and is not paid out in money.
At the current stage, the number of bonus months is not limited. Program terms may be reviewed after the first real cases or after the season results.
