How it works for a service provider

Open the section you are interested in to learn the details.

Registration and verification

Getting started is simple: you create a business account, add directions, service area, and the list of services. The platform helps quickly prepare your profile for display to hotel and apartment guests.

To build trust with partners, the system requests the necessary licences and certificates and formally checks that they are present. This helps hotels connect providers with more confidence and helps providers look professional from the first contact. Responsibility for the validity of documents, service quality, and compliance with legal requirements remains with the provider.

Services, groups, and time availability

You build your own service showcase: group offers by direction, add individual services, and configure when they are available.

This is convenient if you have seasonal activities, different guides, a floating schedule, or services available only on specific days. The guest sees a current offer, and you do not waste time on unnecessary clarifications.

Each service can be flexibly configured by time:

  • time-of-day restrictions;
  • availability by weekday;
  • blocking specific dates, for example during vacation or when a guide is unavailable.

Multilingual support and AI translation

Your services become clearer to foreign guests without manually preparing several language versions. You fill in the name, description, restrictions, and price in a convenient language, and the system helps show the content to the guest in the interface language.

This is especially important for excursions, transfers, rentals, and activities where decisions are often made quickly: the clearer the description, the higher the chance of an order.

How the language is determined:

  • the system takes into account regional and language settings of the device, browser, phone, or tablet;
  • the guest or provider sees the interface and service descriptions in the language selected or detected by the system;
  • in most cases no additional actions are required.

This works the same way for all platform participants:

  • Service provider — interface and data entry in their own language.
  • Hotel or apartment — interface in their own language.
  • Guest — service descriptions, prices, and restrictions in the interface language.

Even if the provider filled in a service in Serbian and the guest opens it with English settings, the system will prepare a translation and show the description in a clear format. If needed, the interface language can be clarified or changed.

Service details for accurate display to guests

The service card helps the guest make a decision immediately: description, photos, price, age restrictions, service language, number of participants, dates, and time.

The more accurately the service is filled in, the fewer unnecessary messages and unsuitable requests you receive. The guest understands the conditions in advance, and the provider receives higher-quality orders.

Each service contains:

  • description, photos, and price;
  • restrictions by age, language, and number of participants;
  • available dates, times, and participation conditions.

The full list of services selected by a hotel for its page remains available. The system helps organize and describe the offers.

How the provider receives money

The money for the service goes directly to you. The platform does not withhold payment and does not become an intermediary in settlements between you and the guest.

The guest pays for the service in the way you agree between yourselves: cash, transfer, or another convenient option. The system helps record paid orders and prepare draft invoices for commission settlements with the hotel.

Commission to the hotel is accrued only after the guest has actually paid for the order. Once a month, the system can generate a draft invoice based on the amount of paid orders. The provider and hotel independently check, confirm, and send the final document to each other.

Benefit for the provider: your money does not get stuck on the platform; you work directly with the client.

Commission setup

Commission turns hotels and apartments into a clear sales channel. You can see which properties actually bring guests and negotiate individual terms with them.

The system helps calculate these arrangements transparently: where the order came from, what amount was paid, and what commission should be recorded. This makes cooperation with hotels more manageable and profitable.

For active partners, you can:

  • agree on individual commission terms;
  • separately agree with a hotel or apartments on priority or exclusive cooperation for specific directions.

The platform does not set service prices and does not impose commercial terms between the hotel and the provider; it provides a technical tool for recording agreements.

Orders: statuses and commission impact

All requests are collected in one place. In the Orders section, you see what the guest ordered, when the service is needed, where the order came from, and its current status.

This helps you avoid losing requests, confirm orders quickly, and understand which hotels bring clients.

For each order, the provider has access to the data needed to perform the service:

  • date, guest composition, and contact details;
  • order source, a specific hotel or apartments;
  • status and payment mark;
  • order events and guest messages.

Main order statuses:

  • new, confirmed, completed, cancelled;
  • paid — this exact status is used to calculate commission for the month.

Requests and dispute situations

If a question arises about an order, it is not lost in private messages. The platform records the request, helps pass it to the right participants, and preserves the event history.

The parties resolve the situation directly, while the system provides a transparent trail: what was ordered, what conditions were stated, and what actions happened around the order. The platform is not a party to the service agreement and does not resolve the dispute on the merits for the guest or the provider.

Multiple complaints, violation of platform rules, absence of required documents, or loss of a licence may become grounds for restricting provider access after review.

User management: roles and permissions

If you have several directions or employees, access can be separated. One employee can be responsible for transfers, another for excursions, and a third can only view orders.

This keeps the provider profile under control while the team works without unnecessary access to sections they do not need.

As the profile administrator, you assign employee permissions:

  • view, add, edit, and delete services;
  • access to one or several directions.

Most often, one employee works only within one direction, and this is easy to configure.

Analytics: what works and what does not

Analytics shows which services actually sell, where orders come from, and which accommodation properties produce the best result.

You see not just a list of bookings but the sales picture: which offers should be strengthened, where to change the description or price, and which hotels are worth developing partnerships with. This helps you invest time in the services and channels that bring money.

Statistics lets you evaluate each service from different angles:

  • in which hotels or apartments it was shown;
  • where it sold better;
  • at what time it is ordered more often;
  • what position the service had in the listing at the moment of order.

With this data you can:

  • update the service description, price, or conditions;
  • discuss individual terms with hotels that bring more orders;
  • develop the directions that truly generate profit.
