How it works for a hotel

A detailed section-by-section breakdown.

Registration and hotel page

Getting started is simple: create a business account, add one or several accommodation objects and gradually build a digital hotel page for guests.

This page becomes a continuation of your service: in brand colours, with logo and photos of the restaurant, pool, parking, reception and other areas that help guests find their way around faster.

In one place you can publish hotel rules, check-in and check-out information, parking instructions, emergency contacts and announcements about events or temporary technical works. Guests do not need to search paper leaflets or ask the front desk every time: everything is available by QR code at any time.

Text blocks can be filled in one language, and the system helps prepare versions for other languages. If automatic translation is used, it can be reviewed and adjusted before publication.

Separately, you add rooms or premises and create QR codes for them. A guest from a specific room quickly opens the right page, while analytics shows which QR codes receive too few visits and may be placed badly.

Already at the first stage, the hotel gets a working information page that reduces staff load and helps guests find answers to common questions on their own.

Registration and hotel page

Hotel's own services

The platform helps turn internal hotel services into a clear showcase. You can group offers by category, add individual services and set when they are available.

This is especially useful for scheduled services: seasonal activities, transfers, massage, late check-out, early check-in, extra cleaning, coffee to the room or ordering an extra pillow and blanket. Guests see current options, and the hotel team spends less time on clarifications.

For every service, you can set restrictions by time of day, weekdays and specific dates. If an employee is on vacation, an activity is temporarily unavailable or a service works only on weekends, this is reflected in the showcase immediately.

Services can be shown only to guests of one hotel, to all properties in your chain or, where appropriate, more broadly. For example, paid parking, scooter rental or transfer can be useful to guests of neighbouring apartments and hotels.

If a service requires licences or certificates, the system requests documents and formally checks their presence. Responsibility for document validity, service quality and legal compliance remains with you.

External providers for guests

The hotel decides which external services appear on its page. In the dashboard you see providers working in your area, and you choose the offers that fit guests of your property.

This lets you build a neat showcase without random services: keep trusted partners, respect exclusivity agreements and remove offers that compete with your internal services.

For the guest, it looks like one hotel service: they open the page by QR code and see not a random contractor list, but selected offers the hotel considers relevant for its audience.

Multilingual support and translation

When guests from different countries stay at the hotel, the information itself is not enough; it also matters how quickly the person understands it. The platform helps show rules, service descriptions, prices and restrictions in the guest interface language.

You fill in content in a convenient language, and the system helps prepare the translation. This is especially useful for house rules, restaurant schedules, parking information, reception details, transfers and other frequent questions.

The language is detected from device settings or selected in the interface. A provider can enter data in their own language, the hotel can work in its own dashboard, and the guest sees the page and services in a format they understand.

For example, if a service is filled in Serbian and a guest opens the page with English settings, the system prepares a translation and shows the description clearly. The language can be changed manually if needed.

Service card

A service card helps the guest decide without unnecessary messages. It can show description, photos, price, age restrictions, service language, number of participants, available dates and time.

The more detailed the card, the fewer unsuitable requests. The guest understands the terms in advance, and the hotel or provider receives a better-quality order.

The full list of services selected by the hotel for its page remains available to guests. The system helps avoid hiding offers and instead arranges them so the showcase looks clear and tidy.

Payment and commission tracking

The platform does not accept or hold payments for services. The guest pays the provider or hotel directly using the method agreed between the parties.

At the same time, the system helps keep records: which orders were created, which of them were paid, where the order came from and which reference commission amount should be included in reconciliation between the hotel and provider.

Commission is counted only after the provider marks the order as actually paid. Once a month, the system can generate a draft invoice based on paid orders. The hotel and provider independently check the data, confirm it and send the final document to each other.

For the hotel, this is a convenient model: settlements do not depend on the platform, money does not pass through it, and the full order and commission history remains transparent.

Flexible agreements with providers

Commission makes the hotel a clear sales channel for providers. The provider sees which properties actually bring guests, and the hotel can negotiate individual cooperation terms.

The system helps track these agreements without manual spreadsheets: it shows where the order came from, what amount was paid and which commission should be considered during reconciliation.

With active and high-quality partners, you can agree on individual commission, priority cooperation or exclusivity for specific categories. The platform does not set service prices or impose commercial terms; it provides a technical tool for tracking agreements.

Orders and statuses

All requests are collected in one section. In Orders you can see what the guest chose, which room the request came from and what stage it is at.

Statuses help avoid losing requests and show the real picture: new, confirmed, completed, cancelled or paid. The paid status is the one used for monthly commission calculation.

For the hotel, this is more than a list of requests. It is a working panel that shows guest interest, helps evaluate provider performance and allows timely adjustments to the offer showcase.

Orders and statuses

Requests and disputes

If a question appears around an order, it does not get lost in chats. The platform records the request, helps pass it to the right participants and keeps the event history.

The parties resolve the situation directly, while the system keeps a transparent trail: what was ordered, which terms were stated and what actions happened around the order. The platform is not a party to the service contract and does not decide the dispute on the merits for the guest, hotel or provider.

If multiple complaints appear against a provider, platform rules are violated, required documents are missing or a licence is lost, this may become a reason to restrict access after review.

Team roles and access

If you have several hotels or employees, access can be separated. The profile administrator decides who works with services, who is responsible for rooms and QR codes, who edits texts and who only views data.

This keeps the hotelier profile under control, while the team receives exactly the access needed for work. One employee may be responsible for a specific property, another for a service category, and a third only for monitoring orders.

This is especially useful for chains, apartments with several properties and hotels where different employees handle different parts of guest service.

Team roles and access

Analytics

Analytics shows what actually works on the hotel page. You see QR-code visits, guest devices, service views, popular offers and the times when orders most often appear.

These data points help you make practical decisions: where to place the QR code, which services to move higher in the showcase, which offers to develop and when to reinforce the team.

For example, if guests often place orders at the same time, the hotel can plan an extra employee in advance. If a QR code is almost never scanned, it can be moved to a more visible place. If a certain service consistently attracts interest, similar offers can be added nearby.

As a result, the platform becomes not only an information page, but also a guest service management tool: it shows what guests actually read, choose and order.
